My cat usually goes outside for a few hours in the very early morning. He's typically very good about staying in the yard, checking in at the door periodically, coming when he's called, etc. This morning he didn't show and didn't come when he was called so I yelled out the front door and added on "Come and get some kitten treats".
I went around back and sure enough a lovely fluffy yellow cat had showed up, and from the way she was rubbing my legs she clearly had heard the message.
Too bad she wasn't mine...
