Tonight was an abreviated Christmas Eve dinner because it was just me, my G-Ma & my Mom. We had:

Bean & Mushroom soup
Polish sausage
Cabbage Rolls (shreaded, fried cabbage inside a roll)
and sauercraught (needless to say tomorrow is going to be an intresting car ride)

Tomorrow
I'm not positive of the whole meal, but I know we are having ham.

Tonight for Christmas Eve we will be doing an appitizer type thing.
Salami, cheese, crackers, potatoe salad and basicly any thing else we don't have to cook. We decided tonight would be "PARTY" night so we have martinis and chanpagne. Tomorrow is going to be recover and eat day

For the menu tomorrow I am making
ham
scalloped potatoes
veggie blend of haricot verts (baby green beans), baby carrots and wax beans
brussel sprouts(my gift to DH, he loves them, Me, not so much)
iceberg lettuce halves with blue cheese
biscuts
peppermint cheesecake for desert

I told some people at work to stop by if they wanted since they had nowhere else to go. I told them to just bring whatever, knowing the people I work with it will be some form of liquor and not food but we shall see.

Any way Merry Christmas to all and have a good and safe day.
