Cats and bugs

Theodore loves to catch flies. But he kinda loses interest in them when they stop jumping around. This fly is trying to crawl away. The lighting wasn't the best for my camera (it's getting old).

Theodore is adorable, and so fluffy! He cant muss his fur getting down and dirty with bugs.

Perfect timing for this thread-this happened this morning.

Honeybun nails being a mighty hunter... but lacks follow through. You hear my resigned sigh in the end as i go to grab a paper towel

I think maybe Theo had already tried eating a fly before & knew they were icky so he didnt try again. Honeybun tried 3 times to eat it but she was literally making a yucky face as she tried to chew it, lol so flies apparently dont taste thst great-who knew?

My childhood cat Susie used to eat grasshoppers-the big bright green ones, she'd kill it and sit there and go cronch cronch cronch til it was gone.
