Brought my cat to the vet today and she has an infection on her belly from her spay. Last week I tried putting a cone on her and she flipped out! Like running full speed into walls.
Today the dr put her in a little onsie. Well she is Houdini and has gotten out of it 3 times already.
Any suggestions on what worked for your cats? I did order an outfit thingie from chewy that should be tighter than what they put her in today

I can see how she got out of the thing the Vet put on her since it's completely open at the bottom. You can try a baby onesy (or a pet recovery suit from Amazon). Those work great and I've never heard of a cat escaping from one,

She won’t wear a cone and she got out of a onsie the vet put her in so I bought her a surgical recovery suit. She seems to have forgotten how to walk 😂😂 I hope she gets used to it because she needs to be in it 10 days

I went with the pet recovery suit. She’s been in it a few hours and she being dramatic but I’m hoping she gets used to it

10 days! My goodness baby!
I know!! I’m going to check her belly after 5 days or so to see how it’s doing. She had an antibiotic shot so I’m hoping between that, and her not being able to lick it , that it will start healing pretty quickly

I was just wondering about the timing, can you check it sooner just to be sure? Did the vet say 5 days?

She's a cutie. Love the first pic with her little back paw in the air like "Motherrrr. I can't--move." Sorry she has to wear it for so long.

Your cat has a severe case of onesie paralysis. It is a mutation of bandage paralysis. Good luck
Hoping it goes away. Tho her not moving will help it heal faster.
