Cat spay incision infected

My cat was neutered and spayed last week, he was a cryptorchid so one of his testicle was inside. He has 2 incisions on his belly. One of them is open and looking infected. Should I continue using vetericyn or take him to vet?

Under your rather unusual circumstances, can you send a pic to the vet and ask their opinion? I am guessing they might want to see him for a follow up. You can never be too cautious.

Yep, I'm going to second this one! Since this was an open abdomen surgery, let's not take chances and have the vet look at him.

Yes it looks infected. He'll need oral antibiotics from the vet
