My cat who a little less than a year was just spayed Wednesday. Her stitches look good. She has been eating and drinking. She appears to be mildly active. She doesn't play much but she will explore and stretch her legs.
Is this normal behavior after her spay? Or should I be concerned. She is more snuggly too.

I think, although I'm not a vet, that if you don't see her returning to more normal activity over the next couple of days, you might touch base with your vet.

My cat has four suture stitches from her spay. I caught her trying to lick her stitches even with the e-collar on. 😬 Two out of the four have frayed ends? Should I keep an eye on it or call the vet, or both? She is resting most of the time but doesn't seem excessively lethargic (if that makes sense) She has are recently. Her sutures look good otherwise.

Hi! Can you get a picture or two and send them to your vet to see what they think?
