For the past 2 months, my cat has been passing blood which is jelly like almost looks as if it is mixed with some mucus also his stool has blood on it. Eversince that my cat has lost appetite, sleeps alot, screams whenever he wakes up.

We took him to many veterinarians but all of them do false treatment as the country where i live in is underdeveloped so in that case there's no good certified vets around here.

Breed: Classic Persian
Gender: Male
Age: 2.5 years+

I am so sorry you have no good veterinarians available/accessible. You can input the symptoms into your search engine (google, etc.) and see if you can learn more. Your can definitely needs a qualified veterinarian NOW.

Along with researching his symptoms on the internet, is the jelly like stuff/blood red or dark? Red means it is happening in the lower part of the digestive tract, dark means it is more affiliated with the upper part, such as the stomach. Are any of his stools 'normal'?

Did you make any changes to his food shortly before this started? If so, can you go back to what he was eating before?

Does he go outside where he can be exposed to toxins, non-food items, etc?

It is going to be hard to get diagnostics if you can't find a vet that will do so. Where are you located - perhaps there are others in your general area that could offer some help/ideas. What are these false treatments that you speak of? More information might be helpful.

icatcare.org is a website devoted to international cat care. Diagnoses should never be made by non-veterinary specialists, but I'm wondering if your cat could be dehydrated and constipated. You can look at the topic of constipation on the website.
TheCatSite.com has health information, too, such as: Everything You Need To Know About Constipation In Cats - TheCatSite Articles You can click on this link. For other topics related to health here on the site, click on "CAT ARTICLES" at the top of this page and from the dropdown menu, select CAT HEALTH.

His blood has normal colour like red.

Sometimes his stools are nornal and sometimes they have blood on it.

No i didn't make any changes to his diet. He has been eating the same catfood.

Nope, none of our cats go outside.

I really appreciate the help. My mom is sheddimg tears all day long because this thing is not curing and negetive thoughts are wandering our head. I an loacted in Bangladesh, it doesn't have any certifed veterinarian and the mis treatment they gave my cat is that they gave him antibiotics alongside saline and electrolyte for about 15 days and told us to continue more but it didn't help, made my cat's health even more bad.

Red blood with the stool means it is coming from the lower part of the digestive tract or even from his anus. If his stools are hard, it could be that he is injuring his anus when trying to defecate. However, frequent diarrhea can also irritate the lining of the intestines as well as the anus. Just guesses.

Antibiotics are often given practically automatically - even here in the US - to see if they will resolve what might be related to an infection. The fluids are often done as well. Neither, technically, should have made your cat worse, but they might not resolve the initial problem either. Depending on the amount and frequency of the fluids, it could have been too much, especially if they were given subcutaneously day after day after day. Antibiotics, especially oral forms, are notorious for upsetting a cat's stomach, and it is generally advised that they be given with food to help offset that. It is also possible that the antibiotic wasn't the right one.

Further testing is likely necessary to see if that would shed light on the matter. Things like testing his stool for parasites and/or various bacterial/viral issues, but I know nothing in terms of whether that is even possible in your area. Is he eating and drinking OK? What is going on when he screams? Does he do it all the time?

What kind of research have you done looking for other vets? I know you said you have taken him to see multiple vets. Did any of them have other ideas/recommendations besides the antibiotics and fluids?

I found these links, but know nothing about Bangladesh, so none of it may be helpful.
