I have a cat who’s nail ripped off completely a couple weeks ago exposing the nail bed, I took care of him properly, spoke to a couple vets, cleaned and put anti bacterial ointment on him daily until the nail ned was hardened. (Making sure it wasn’t infected) It seems like the nail is growing back. Does this look normal? He is my baby and I just want to make sure he is okay. (The picture where it is super red is when it was just the nail bed exposed before it hardened, the other pictures are of it now)

I'm not a vet or anything, but it looks pretty good to me! Even if it doesn't grow back exactly like it was before, it's not an "important" claw so all that matters is that it's not bothering him, which you would be able to tell if he was licking or chewing it excessively.

I agree. It looks good, but since we aren't Vets here, perhaps you could forward a pic to your Vet and get their "ok" on it?
