My cat got spayed about 9 days ago. This is my first time ever having a female cat so im not too sure how it’s supposed to look like. She removed her onesie today while I was out of the house and when I arrived home it looks a little red. Should I leave it be or call the vet?

It's probably best to err on the side of caution and call the vet.

From what I can see it looks ok. 9 days it should be mostly healed.
It looks great to me. Looks like maybe a scab fell off. I don't see any opening, weeping, or redness to be concerned with.
