Cat losing hair in corner of eye

Hi! I’d just like to ask if someone has any idea what this is? My cats a 1 year old female and she’s had a little pink spot under her eye since we got her. We always thought it was just like a freckle or different colored fur. Today I was looking at her and noticed that it turned red and there was hair loss. Will be taking depending on this. Please give ideas, thanks so much everyone!!! :-)
