Cat Lathargic After Eating New Tiki Cat Food

We've been feeding our 11 year old cat Tiki Cat Born Carnivore dry food and he hasn't had any problems with it until now. We recently bought a new bag of the food; the first day he chewed it down and then started eating less and less of it. We noticed that he is much less active and barely eats now - just sits in a corner by himself most of the time. We had just brought him to the vet a couple of weeks ago and he checked out fine. I'm wondering if it's a bad batch of food. Anybody have experience with this? We are going to buy a new batch and see if he improves.

Hmm has he been drinking enough water? And how is his poop? Additionally, do you feed him any wet food?
