My cat has a growth on her paw, I came on here looking to see if anyone knows, it doesn’t seem to be painful to her and seems like I could easily cut it off however I’m not going to take that risk

Hi C Cody554 and welcome to TCS!
It looks very much like a cutaneous horn. It also looks like it's breaking off; she's probably been chewing at it. I'd be loathe to trim it as you can never be quite sure where the blood supply is. You could ask the vet to do it. I think I'd tend to do that as it's on a weight bearing area and can be annoying. The fact that it looks like she's 'worrying' at it would indicate that it is.
It comes from too much keratin production and there can be reasons for that.
Do you have a vet you could send the pictures to? They could let you know whether it needs tending to.
