Cat has fluid on lungs

Any recommendations please help . My cat has heart disease and keeps getting fluid on the lungs and I have to take her in each time to get her lungs tapped they put her on meds and this just started a week ago .is there anyone out there that has had this problem and can it be managed. It's not cancer they did lab work on fluids .

Hi. I agree with Furballsmom about talking to your vet to get more details. You said she keeps getting her 'lungs tapped' (I assume you mean the chest cavity around the lungs, not the actual lungs), but then you said it just started a week ago - do you mean the meds? Do you know what the meds are for, and what else the vet might want to do to help her with her heart disease?
