No, that looks like regurgitated food. my cats do this if their food changes has anything changed? If it gets worse or lasts longer than a few days you may have to get her checked out. my cats do this sometimes and then are fine. So monitor.

It only happens in the middle of night while we sleep
Mine too! Waking up to that sound is not fun.
If the food is the same for a while, you might check out anxiety. Is there another cat coming around she can see at the window? Anything changes in routine or new people? Any unusual noises at night, new neighbors? Mine do it every time I try to change to a grain free food. Going back to their old helps.
