I thought we were doing well. The cat went for 1.5 years without getting bumps and scratching the bumps off when I changed his food to wheat, corn and soy free. Now all of a sudden, it's happening again. Nothing has changed to cause this. Any ideas or thoughts on this would be helpful?????I'm Calling the vet to get a shot to help with this but it doesn't help long term. I feel like it's the food again

First thing to do is find out if there has been a change in the ingredients of the food your cat has been eating without issue. If you should be so lucky as to have kept a list of the ingredients from the 'old' food, you could compare it to the 'new' food. The companies have a 'grace' period before they are required to adjust the labels accordingly, so it might require calling the company to ask if they've made a recent change.

Thanks for the reply.
I was wondering if the company changed something.
