Babies? Plural? How many cars do you have? How many are infected?

I'm assuming they have been seen by the vet?
If so how long ago were they seen by the vet?
Is his nose getting any better or worse?
What did the vet recommend?

Your poor baby's nose might be infected at this point, so you need to contact the vet - perhaps send them a pic of your cat's nose - and see if they want to see him or if they would just prescribe an antibiotic. You also need to ask if there is some sort of ointment they could advise you use to help heal that place. Constant cleaning off the discharge is usually helpful too. You might also ask your vet about anti-viral supplements that might help reduce recurrent outbreaks.

If you have other cats, hopefully they are already vaccinated as calicivirus is contagious. The vaccinations are not 100% effective against a cat contracting the virus but can go a long way in helping to reduce the severity.
