My car has multiple off white bumps on the. outside of both ears. They ooze a little, then get crusty and seem somewhat itchy. Any ideas, friends?

Do you have a pic of the bumps? What kind of fluid is oozing from them? Clear, yellowish, or? Any redness or inflammation of any kind? Indoor/outdoor cat?
