I didn't realise that your estate overlooked the local links either, Phil - what a lovely spot, and a what a gorgeous view. I could never live there, however; I can't even begin to imagine the havoc that the Snowshoe could wreak with a nine iron.

Most of the sporting greats started early so why should Chub be any different. I'm directing Oliver more towards motorsport. He's got a test drive for the Mercedes F1 team soon so fingers crossed.
Yes, it's a great view and at least I know they can't build on it.

That was one of the factors when I bought this place, Phil. I suppose someone could build across the river if they were absolutely determined to do so, but the cliff's steep enough that the house's elevation would drop by about 260 feet by the end of Winter.

I've got some child's plastic clubs for Moo. Would that be OK?

Why not just give me a nice paper cut and pour lemon juice in it?
