Hey I really need help and I don't know what to do. I noticed that my cat had a bald spot and it's red as you can see in the Pic. It wasn't that bad the past few days I thought it was because she was itchy on that spot and scratched it. It has gotten kinda worse and I'm really concerned and worried for my cat.

There is really no way we can tell you what is wrong with your little one. Have you talked to your Vet? You could try sending this picture to them and get their opinion since we are not Vets here, but it could just be so many things. Even food allergies can manifest in itching around the head area.

In the meantime, you could try using some chamomile tea made from teabags from the grocery store. (don't use loose tea). Brew it, let it cool, then dab it on her head using a cotton ball or something similar. It's anti fungal, anti bacterial, will help ease the discomfort
