The deeper colored ones look like bites/scratches from prey or another cat. If they are not punctures and do not fade in a few weeks, they could be freckles or even small skin cancers from the sun, often appearing on fair-skinned cats in the white-haired regions. Run your finger over them and see if they are flat and unfeelable, or raised slightly like healing wounds. If they are skin lesions from the sun, definitely have them looked at because they are too numerous to be healthy. I had a white cat that I had to put animal sunscreen on his ears when he went out, he burned and got freckles. My bet is wounds, I guess keep observing them and see if they start to fade or get worse.
