I just deactivated and deleted my Quotev accounts because the site was becoming stressful and seriously damaging my mental health. This is the first time I’ve truly done something for ME. Is it normal to feel selfish? I had friends there, I was a positivity account, but it was hurting me.

Not selfish at all if you were no longer enjoying it. You can always reach out to those people privately, if possible, and exchange email addresses if there's anyone you'd like to keep in contact with.
