Baby cat/kitten food

Hi! I think he's old enough to start to add in the kitten food. Are you going to keep feeding him with canned food?

Yes. I leave dry food mixed with fish oil in his bowl and I give him canned food twice a day (2 spoons)

I don't think there's a huge difference, and he'd be fine if you switched now. But if you want to stick by what the company recommends, they say babycat is for pregnant/nursing mothers and kittens up to 4 months, and the kitten food is for 4-12 months.

Since my cat was 3 months I fed her dr elseys canned mostly. Feeding a kitten adult food just means feeding more. She is 6 now. Healthy 9 pds. My cat Peaches was fed adult food 5 weeks old. Get a food that is high fat,low carb
