Cute babies! The one on the left is a blue and white, and the one on the right is a dilute tortoiseshell and white (also known as blue-cream and white). I don't see any specific breed influence in these kittens. The vast majority of cats do not have any specific breeds in their ancestry.
I can't quite tell if they are going to be longhaired or shorthaired from this picture; the blue and white kitten on the left looks a bit fluffier, and my guess for that one would be longhair. Do you have a picture of their tails? Is the blue one's tail more fluffy?
