i don’t actually i was trying to see if anyone on here knew so i can take him to the vet

I honestly don't see that as an actual anal prolapse. But it might be on the verge of such. Usually, an early anal prolapse tends to look like part of the 'insides' are on the outside. They go back in after a bowel movement but can protrude again with the next bowel movement.
