Adult female 2 months after spay?

Good news! Mom is just fat, lol. The lumps are fat pads. The vet said otherwise she is healthy, but to completely cut out dry food and just stick with wet and see if she begins losing weight. “Some cats don’t process carbs well,” apparently. She essentially doubled in weight since her spay in July (from 8 pounds to 15.2 pounds).
