3-4 Week Old Kitten Not Eating

I'm fostering a kitten who is around 3-4 weeks old and today he suddenly stopped eating, he hasn't eaten in almost 6 hours. Yesterday his brother had to be put down because of fading kitten syndrome. I gave him some dextrose and tried feeding him gruel with a bottle and syringe which he usually eats pretty well.

Yes this is what to try. Handfeed and give dextrose.

What country are you in? Where did you get this dextrose?
Dextrose seems difficult to find in USA but very easy in my country Sweden.
