2008 Fitness Challenge for TCS Members

Well I spread two yds of mulch today having to wheelbarrow it to the location-oh joy!!
And lets not forget about the 2080 pounds of stone I moved on Wednesday.
I did ride my bike once this week-the manure tankers were hauling all week and the road I live on gets a bit hazardous.

This summer I've gotten a lot more active, on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights. I do feel better, too!
