11 Days After Spaying Question

This is my cat's incision 11 days after her spaying procedure. I thought the wound would be more healed by now. Is this normal? Or should I be concerned?

I went to one of those lower income clinics, so no follow up. She's acting perfectly normal, so that makes me feel better. She's not messing with it too much either. I'll see if I can shoot them these pics and see what they have to say.

I’ve had many spayed cats it’s not a wound that would cause me concern

The bump is from the inside sutures; it takes them a while to dissolve. It looks good!
