Kitten walking flat foot

you know how cats walk on their tip toes? (the front legs)

well my kitten is walking flat footed and when he walks it looks like he is kinda bouncing. anyone ever have this happen?

I was asked the same thing about a cat who walks flat-footed on his back paws. What could be wrong? Or is it not anything to worry about?

ETA: The woman who asked me said during the first check-up her vet said nothing about it.

we had xrays done and they came back negative..nothing broken. maybe a sprain?

ok so i took him to our vet. xrays show now breaks..joints are fine...she doesnt know why he walks flat footed! he may have hurt himself jumping down from something or w/e I dont know...its been 2 weeks now. dont know what to think. he eats,drinks normally. he sleeps with us at night but he doesnt play around much like he use to with his sister.

It could well be neurological, but a sort of genetic thing where the muscles and tendons didn't develop properly and he can't lift his feet, or heels off the ground normally (like someone who's had a stroke), but it may improve when he's grown more and the muscles develop better.

we are thinking about taking him in to another vet for a second opinion.
