New mother cat..no milk.

Her nips aren't that big..
and I don't think she has any milk..
and if she does not much!

shouldn't it be dripping out?

I even squeezed a little bit and nothing came out.

I have fostered many litters of kittens, and never tried to get milk from a nipple...so can't help you there. But if the kitten is nursing and has a round belly, and rests quietly without crying, she is probably getting enough milk.

Did your cat finish having kittens? If she has one kitten stuck inside, she won't be able to care for the firstborn.
