Cookbook Fundraiser - Reminders and Notices

We are again creating a cookbook for our annual fundraiser for needy cats. This year, the recipient of 100% of the proceeds will go to the Humane Society of Southern Mississippi, which was directly in the path of Hurricane Katrina last year. They have some wonderful programs, like a low cost spay/neuter and Chicken Soup Fund which raises money for vet costs for the animals found or surrendered so that they don't have to euthanize because of a treatable illness or injury.

First, the reminder: The deadline for contributing recipes for the Cooking with Cattitude Volume II is September 30th - just 2 weeks!! Gather up your favorite recipes and add them to the threads in the Fundraiser Forum.

Thank you for all of your support for this project. We have been able to raise hundreds of dollars every year that we do this that directly helps cats around the US and the WORLD!

Last day! Gather up those recipes, PLEASE volunteer if you have the time and inclination, and finish up those wonderful covers! (If anyone needs an extra day or so to post recipes, please let me know. I can leave those threads open through Sunday, if necessary...)
