Okay my sister wants me to get my niece educational toys for xmas so what should I get for her she is 7 months old now so that means she will be 10 months old at Christmas time. I thought she should get some toys that help with her being able to manuver her hands. Or those toys that helps her walk but I don't know whats best. I also thought about getting her a pony but my sister said I couldn't yet
I can't wait to have kids of my own but in the mean time I need to find Kaylee a nice gift.

Is there a "better" perhaps independent toy store nearby that you could ask for advice?? Or how about some soft covered books that have different things she could touch or interact with???

I should have thought about books and she likes bright colors she seems to really like lavendar. Cause I have a lavendar uniform that has different colors on it, I am a cna, and she loves it.

I will say that there are some really awesome books out there that have textures and colors and sounds in them. Like, animal books that have fur and felt and vinyl meant to feel like the animals tail/skin/ears/etc.

Also Baby Einstein stuff is really cool.
