exactly! cheyenne went to bed a bit ago and the cats are all snoozing my thoughts are they are saving their energy for tomorrow night (full moon) so everything is quiet and still here..the birds are making me sleepy too lol

I'm wondering what time the camera operator comes in???? I know during the day here (eastern US time) it is moving around following the animals... I thought maybe as it got daylight someone would show up...

this is actually the first time i have watched it so i have no idea

I just scared the heck out of Earl by turning it on. He wasn't sure what in the heck all of those noises were! Honestly, I was a bit surprised by how LOUD Africa is!

Linda, don't feel bad about not seeing anything. I hadn't until today when I turned it on and there were Baboons on. (I think I did see an owl once before that.) And then there was the herd of Cape Buffalo that were so cool to watch. They were there for a good couple of hours. And as for "bad" stuff, well, I flipped to it when I was at work and they were trying to make baby buffalos. I didn't think that was good to watch at work.

Sooo... around midnight eastern US time looks good....

I think that last wildebeast and zebra was winking at each other.... they had that Romeo and Juliet thing going!
