hello!

Hi, my name is Laura and I'm a 21 year old vet tech student from Kentucky.

Here's two of my babies (my third baby is a guinea pig)

This is Jeffie, he is four years old. He HATES cameras, lol. We rescued him when he was a kitten. My aunt's mother-in-law found him and his sister abandoned out in the rain and we decided to keep him, while she kept the girl.



And this is my oldest cat, Callie. She is going to be 8 years old. And yeah, she's overweight. The vet put her on a special diet because her liver is HUGE.



I live with my dad, so he'll only let me keep these two brats. lol But at my mom's house, she has four. The girls stay inside and the boys are outside.

This is Sadie, and I'll be honest, she has a huge attitude problem and we don't get along. lol



I don't have any pics of the other three, but trust me the next time I go I'll take a few. Actually, the newest addition is a stray that we took in because we felt so bad for him. He was so incredibly skinny and pathetic so we started feeding him. He's fattening up pretty well.

Jeffy is SOOOOOOOOO handsome! I'm partial to little black male shorthairs...Callie is gorgeous and doesn't look overweight to me -- my Maryam calico girl would love to meet her! lol And Sadie is a beauty -- give her lots of love and you'll get lots back! THANKS for rescuing the little scrawny guy -- rescue is my life, and all of "my" cats are rescues, indoor-only, spayed/neutered and SPOILED! My oldest is 16+ and my youngest is 2. It's great that you're training to be a vet tech; the world needs more veterinarians and assistants on all levels! Glad to meet you all and look forward to putting up pix, and seeing more of your family!
