I had a thread last week about this wonderful little guy. Thanks to all the advice I got and he seems to be back to normal. Right now he is sleeping on my lap.

(however before the pics, i have a quick question. I think he has a hairball or something because sometimes he sounds like he's trying to throw up (he hasn't yet) it doesn't seem to bother him, he's still active and eating and everything. Should this be something i'm worried about?)
Sorry if its a stupid question, my first kitten died from distemper and i really want to know if something is wrong right away so i can get him to a vet. (this kitten does have distemper shots by the way)

Also, it it normal for kittens to have such blue eyes?

If he does it often....you may want to take him to the vet. Otherwise....there are lots of treats and food specially designed for hairballs.

He is absolutely gorgeous! All kittens are born with blue eyes - they change gradually to their final colour over several weeks.

its a pretty dry hack, he only does once or twice a day (that i've noticed).

How long do their eyes stay blue then?

i've held him up close to me and felt his tummy while he made the noisy and it sounds like a kind of burp or something, i can feel it in between his front legs when he does it... also he is kind of stinky aftwards. I'm thinking maybe it is just indigestion? I have a vet appointment on wednesday.
