I just came home from an overnight stay at my girlfriends house to find my 5 month old kitten in some disarray. I found a small amount of throw-up by his litter box and there is some pooh in there that STINKS way worse than normal. It does not seem to be diarrhea but it may be slightly more watery than normal. What concerns me most is that although he seems to be walking alright, out of the blue he just falls over... Always to the right. It looks like he may be favouring his right hind leg when this happens, but he still walks pretty normally. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be, or should I just take him to the vet?

Thank you

You should take him to the vet to find out what the problem may be.

Can you find anything around the house he may have gotten into? If so you need to take a sample or at least let the vet know what he got into. Perhaps take a sample of the vomit and the poo too.

Good luck and let us know how things went. I hope he is feeling better real soon.

Agreed - look around to see if he got into a plant/cleaning solutions or something like that. Get a sample of his stool and get him to the vet. It doesn't sound good.
