Mom and I got home from work at the same time tonight, and she turned on a stove burner to start supper.. and Clover, being too excited about her own supper (which wasn't even ready yet) comes running across the stove and singes her whiskers on one side of her face, and a little of the fur on her chest. She acts fine, but her whiskers and fur got burned. Is there anything we should do, or will she be fine? I feel bad for her, but she really acts fine. She does smell bad though.

I think she should be okay as sometimes I have had kitties burn their whiskers on candles. Could you wipe her down with a washcloth and water only??
