I think simon is hurt.

I was playing around with Simon,our Guinea pig, he was in his cage, he was biting the wire and i was touching his nose playfully telling him to stop.
He didn't care he just kept biting the wire and the last time i did it he pulled away and somehow caught either his nose or teeth stuck on the bar..OMG what a squeel he let out, he wans't stuck long at all but i can figure it hurt him.
He seems ok physically but now he is hiding in his pigloo and doesn't wanna come out. My daughter held him ealier and all he did was lay on her lap, in his play area he seemed fine, running around exploring.
I gave him some lettuce a little while ago, he grabbed it and ran into his pigloo, he usually doesn't do that, he usually just sits right there and eats

I feel awful, will he get over this, he seems so scared right now.

I think he'll be fine.. Just keep an eye on him and if things get worse..take him to the vet asap! please keep us posted.

Simon seems ok i guess today....he i quiet but sueels when he hears anyone on the kitchen.....he is eating his veggies a little slow though..so i think he is sore....As along as he is eating and drinking i guess he will be ok.

you can always go to http://www.guinealynx.com ..if he is eating okay and drinking okay, he should be fine. but just to be on the safe side..have him examined by your vet.
