That's terrible!! I hope the police are taking this case seriously and that monster serves a lengthy jail sentence.

Sounds like he does need some serious monitoring. If he is indeed surrendering the cats to the Humane Society, then he should be able to offer proof. What I wonder is how the cats are bringing disease and filth to his home??
