Today is a big day for me

Today is the day I start up my ebay business.
First I must visit my storage room and pick a few pieces for this week's auctions.
I must also go catalog my inventory.

This will be my first income since leaving my job in 1999.

I have regained much of my mobility, now I work on flexibility, stamina and losing the weight I picked up.

Learn from my mistakes please, if you are ever in a car accident, no matter how minor it is, or how unhurt you may feel, please, see a doctor right away.
I learned the hard way that whiplash is nothing to mess around with, it can eventually rob you of your way of life.

Today I feel better than I have in many years.
Wish me luck with my auctions.

I hear you about whiplash. I rarely, rarely speak of my one horrific spinout accident on a mountain highway in the adirondacks, where thank god the guardrail held or I don't think I'd be here. I ended up with a sprained neck...not found until over 24 hours later (in shock I drove over 100 miles with my liftback so smashed I could hear the road as the door was scrunched open and the quarter panel leading up to the gas tank crumpled, seat broken..just wanted to get home...) when I was at work and realized I couldn't do patient care, I could hardly stand standing.

I can't imagine what it's like when it's worse

I also have firsthand knowledge (twice) of whiplash and the importance of seeing doc right away. I learned the hard way of thinking job was more important than seeing doc ASAP!! Weeks of PT later and occasional pain still occuring....
