Sammie still has diarrehea

I just don't know what to do. He still has very loose stool that stink bad! They are still very frequent. He doesn't have worms. The vet checked. Do you think i should switch his food or just give him a couple weeks to adjust?

umm......... what else did the vet say ? surely s/he would have advised some course of action to stop the problem ??

Have you changed his food lately? What did the vet think was the problem originally?

Bijou has started to have diarrhea and vomited last evening. I'm going to only feed him one of the canned foods for a few days to see if one of the 2 flavours is what is causing his problem.
