The death of a DVD player...

Our DVD player died a few days ago, so DH decided to open it up and see if he could fix it.* After he popped the top off he discovered why it wasn't working. Yes, cat hair killed my DVD player. Now for all of us here at TCS don't fret. It wasn't just my babies who killed this electronic device. Hobbes, my Mom's RB baby, was also a contributor. We found a nice mass of long gray fur as well. Seeing that the DVD player was inherited from my Mom two years ago, this made sense.

Best Buy has a nice cheep DVD player on sale for $32.00.

*When ever DH says he is going to fix things I shudder in fear. He isn't handy and ends up breaking them more.

Thank you, we've made a new rule that the boys aren't allowed to sleep on top of this one.

I think that's a good idea lol.

Sadly, I too had to buy a new cd player for my truck today... it fell victim to... dog hair Jake's not allowed in the front seat anymore.... Opened it up, and a ball of red fur wrapped around the laser and burnt it out... today's a bad day for electronics

Hmm, famous last words.....

I found a horrific amount of cat hair this weekend as I moved lots of furniture around. At least I moved the fridge too and gave the back a good vacuum.
