Hello from Pakistan

Hello all i am Farheen and my husband and i have 3 furry kitty babies

we have Cleo who we rescued from a storm, she had been abandoned and was starved ...she is now 4mnths old and is lovely

then we have the 2 brothers Tigger & Sparky....who we rescued from our landlady as she didnt want them and they had eye infections and were basically being neglected....they r now 3mnths old and doing well too

all 3 cats get along famously and r very mischievious indeed but good fun to be around

and welcome to TSC, you´ll love it here, lots of great advice, help, support and friendship. Oh and we have a bit of a laugh now and then
Once you get settled into how things work around the forums, we´d love to see some photos of your furr-babies ! Have fun

i lived in Australia where hubby has a dog and a cat (pipi)

when we moved to Pakistan he would not let me have a kitten as we didnt know how long we would be here for but when i showed him Cleo wet and scared in the bushes meowing her head off he melted and said we should keep her and then when he saw the other two the same happened

however we dont know how long we will be here from and according to Oz customs we cannot bring cats in from Pakistan which we r very upset about indeed

does anyone know anyway to bring animals in to Oz from countries like Pak as i could never give them up as no one would adopt 3 cats (id like them 2 stay together) and there are no animal homes here and i cannot and will not put them down, just thinking of it makes me

Glad to meet you and your family! THANK YOU so much for rescuing Cleo, Tigger and Sparky -- cats are so wonderful, aren't they? I am new to the site/forum, and to introduce us, we are myself, my soon-to-be-ex-husband, our 9 cats (all rescued, indoor-only, spayed/neutered, and much loved!), 4 hens, and all kinds of wildlife who live with or visit us here in the Mojave Desert in California. I will soon be relocating to a metro area with my beloved cats, who are really my sunshines! They range in age from 16+ years (Nicolas T. Cat, the "Lion King") down to 2 years (Suha, whom I call Suha the Terrible or The Bitemouth Kitten!). There is also Rani, Samuda, Sishya, Calo, Tarifa, and Maryam. All were rescued from our former location in the city except for Maryam and Suha, who were rescued from here in the desert. It's great to meet you and hope to talk to you soon again!
