Hi all!
As some of you know, I've been searching for a buddy for my grieving 12 year old female tabby, Sassy. I listened to all of your suggestions, and Dallas chose me on Thursday. He is a neutered, declawed polydactyl, all shots, wormed, frontlined, 20 pound SWEETHEART!!!

He even gives head-butt kisses! I love that!
We introduced him to Sassy today, and there wasn't any agressive behavior at all. They didn't growl, hiss, smack or anything
They just sniffed eachother and went their own way.
Dallas really loves hubby, too.
I am soooooooo happy!!!
Here is a link to his first pic

I'm sure I'll have questions for you later. Thanks for your support and suggestions.

Wow! 20 lbs is a whopping big boy. I had a big tabby boy like that, and he was the sweetest, most laid back kitty I have ever had. Congrats on your new addition. I hope he and Sassy become the best of buds.

Welcomes to Dallas! (great name, btw)

My most recent baby is also a tabby polydactyl but not NEARLY 20 lbs. You've got a major hunk of cat there!

I am looking forward to more pictures of your handsome boy.

Hi Sierra, Sassy, and Dallas:

That Dallas is one handsome hunk-a-mancat!!!
Thanks for sharing his photo with us. Glad to meet you all and THANK YOU for adopting and loving multiple cats! Sounds like you're gonna be enjoying the best of everything with two, who are better than one!
We live out in the desert, and "my" 9 indoor-only, spayed/neutered rescued cats keep me hopping! I think they're fairly happy with the service, most of the time...I was born and raised with cats, and have loved 'em all my life, so if you have any cat questions, I'd be happy to try to help. Sounds like you're doing the right things so far...
