as you may know, my cat had kittens about 2 weeks ago.
We're not sure yet how many we're keeping but we're definately keeping the ginger kitten

We'll be wanting to name our kitten soon and so if you have any ideas or sites, please post as many as you want. thanks!

The kitten is a boy and he's a very cheeky, mischievous and funny little kitten!

The help would be much appreciated!
Thanks

Rachel....I've always liked to name my cats once I know their personality..that being said..you could go with the color:

Ginger
Creamsickle
Honeydew
Peanut

I hope you are keeping mom strictly indoors only and plan to have her spayed once the kittens are weaned so that this can be her only litter. Also, whichever ones you do not keep, you want to wait until they are 10-12 weeks before placing them into new homes.

You are welcome...make sure she doesn't get out..not until she is spayed.

Since her name is fudge, you may want to go with a sundae name for the rest of them:

Caramel would be a good one for your little one.

that's a good idea! and i love the name Caramel!

we've also been thinking about Marmalade but there's something about the name I'm not sure about.

You could name by color, or some other theme.

Because my cattery's name is TC, almost all my cats have "T" names based on sex and color.

Since mom is a "dessert" name (Fudge), you could go with other desserts or candy names and base on color.

I like some of the previously mentioned ideas, like going with dessert names.

Blizzard is one I thought of. I also like Peanut.

I currently have 2 pregnant queens and I will be naming kittens on two themes. One is Japanese names and the other is greek/roman gods.
