CNN Reporter Blooper - O M G - I would just die

So this CNN reporter (at the Bush - New Orleans Memorial ) has a break goes to loo, BUT her mic is still ON shes having a moan about her brothers wife, saying she was a control freak and its being broadcast live all across the good old US of A

So folks, what been you most embarrassing moment ?

Oh, that would be awful! Poor lady! My embarrassing moments are looking pretty good in comparison

The only one that i've got and i'm sure it's happend to others. When i was in a busy high street coffee shop waiting for a friend, i heard my mobile ringing or i thought it was mine, but it was the person on the next table.

I felt such a plank but they had the same ringtone as me Not many people have the Exorcist as their ringtone!

In the end someone comes on and tells her her mic is on OH MY GOSH I feel so bad for her! They could probably hear all that and couldn't find her until after she said bad stuff!!

Oh goodness, I would definately want to crawl into a hole and die after that!! Eeekk!!

Just a reminder to always assume someone's listening I guess!

Having had a similar live-mic gaffe... I really feel for her. Something about having an embarassing moment caught on tape and broadcast just makes it so much worse.

lol One of my favorite priests who comes to visit and say Mass and do confessions at my church is older and a little forgetful at times. He has on occaision gone into the confessional with someone and not turned off his mike from Mass, and everyone has to bang on the door and get his attention before some poor person's confession is heard by everyone there! I love him though, what a wonderful man!

My husband, a radio producer, said that he doesn't really blame the woman, but he blames the sound guy. There should always be a kill switch on the board or in the studio that is manned with someone listening at all times that someone is on location like that.

This is so funny! That poor woman - I wonder what's going to happen to her career after this? She's probably going to get some fame!
