This may help you, get some good green tea and brew it strong and hot. Take a bunch of fresh lemon and put it in. It's a great way to clear the sinuses. You also may want to go to the doctor; it could be an infection those can get nasty.

(congrats on posting over 12000 BTW)

I'm in Dental School so I would definitely advise you NOT to pull your teeth out on your own with plyers
Sounds like you're having a sinus headach- There is some excedrine that works wonders on that issue

Make sure you are drinking lots and lots of liquid. I have had a great number of sinus infections over the years but no antibiotics if its viral (or is it no antibiotics if its bacterial) as they won't help. Make sure you are taking a decongestant.
A good steamy shower (w/Jerry!) will help to as elevating your head at night if you feel your sinus's draining!! I've had allerigies for 30 yrs now and I think I've tried every remedy out there!!

Yup, I get the sinus pressure in my teeth, too. Take asprin or advil or something like that. And allergy meds (generic Claratin is pretty cheap now!). Yup, you can do the steam bath thing too.

Depends what's causing it! I've had my share of sinus problems - used to have to use Flonase (prescription steroid nasal spray) every day, but haven't had to in a while! Tylenol sinus medication is good - allergy sinus if it's caused by allergies! If you start having pain in your uppper jaw, get thyself to a doctor! It could be an infection! I had to have surgery years ago for a chronically infected cyst in my upper right maxillary sinus and I have to tell you, the pain is unbearable! Trust me - you don't want to go there!

Oh honey. I have pliers, but I won't give them to you. What I will give to you is an asprin and a great big

Lies. All lies.
I've been getting sinus headaches nearly every day for 8 years. I've been to 6 different doctors for it, including a Ear nose and throat doc and an allergist. I've been on 4 different medications including two types of nasal spray. I've tried vitamins, sinus irrigation, more sleep, more exercise, and dietary changes.
Some sinus headaches, NOTHING helps.

As this is the case, Susie, i feel for you! The tea trick can work sometimes- do a steam tent if it happens again- that's just a bowl of steaming hot water and a towel over your head, if you don't know. That kills the pain enough for me to get to sleep, most times.

They did that to me, don't worry, they numb your nose first so you can't really feel it. It'd be worth it to stop the headaches, right?

It's a way of life down here in the Ohio Valley. And, yes, it's made my upper teeth hurt.
