Therapy Today

I have therapy today with a new Therapist given to me by the VA. Wish me good therapist vibes and that the session goes well...cause I really need this.

It's one of the reasons I've been gone from not only this site but alot of the other sites I used to frequent. (((Any questions pm me)))

Right now I'm just asking for good vibes/prayers

Good luck sweetie... I know how hard it is to start this process, but it's worth it in the end.

Prayers that you therapist is someone you feel comfortable with so you can talk openly and freely about the things you need to!

Good vibes to you!

I am in all sorts of processes right now. But my main one is to find a therapy.
May I ask what happened to your first one? Feel free to PM the answer.

Is it hard to find a good therapist in the long run.

She wasn't there...


I ended up meeting with my psychiatrist and he adjusted a couple of my meds....I have an appointment with her on the 5th.

But from what I've heard she's wonderful.

Thank you for the vibes though. I do appreciate them...and hey at least something good came out of it, with the new meds, I should become more stable....one would hope. :/

Well, that's kind of weird, but I guess they have emergencies too. Hope the adjusted meds help. That can make a big difference, I know!

Meds are meds I suppose. The 'New' med he started me on was a med I stopped taking on my own (see kids, don't just stop taking your medications just cause you want to).

And he increased my Wellbutrin (which is also helping me quit smoking so yay me).
