I have slowly been introducing the cats to our Iguana named Baby.
The introductions are going very well.

Baby and my son Chris.

Baby, Chris and Tigger

She loves the cat tree because it leads to the cat enclosure!

Pooh and Tigger keeping eye on the hairless cat!

Mia just had to have a look as well!

Max giving his stamp of approval.

She is just one of the crew now!

Just a few more shots. I was so proud of the cats and Baby. They have been working very hard to coexist with each other.

Wow!
You've been doing such an excellent job with her.
She looks so much healthier in these pictures than she did when you first got her.
Her colors have brightened, she's looks to have a nice weight and a fat and happy tail base.

She's simply beautiful.

Thank You! She is very spoiled! Changing her diet from dog food and commercial Iguana food to all fresh produce has been so easy for her. We have to continue to monitor her for MBD because of the years of bad diet but we can handle that.

I don't know if I would call her a love bug but she is a character.

We adopted Baby from a family that kept her in a spare room back in March. They didn't know her age. She belonged to their son but he had moved out about 2 years ago. Baby was an adult we he bought her from a vet. She was healing from third degree burns on the left side. The vet estimated her age to be between 7-10 years old. She may even be older.

When she climbs out of her cage you can normally hear me screaming for my son Chris to come out and lizard sit. My job is food.

I wanna rub that kitty tummy!
They all seem relaxed around each other. Is that a little doggie looking on from the corner?

tame-mellow-relaxed iguanas esp at that age aren't easy to raise.

Where my cats are
It is cool to see them together. I'm not a huge fan of any bug, lizard, reptile, etc. Our neighbors had/have an Iguana. I never touched it when they would bring him outside. These are the peope that also have a big noisy bird, a pig, a dog and I think a few other things. I think I just prefer 'normal' pets!

I have normal pets too.
Baby and Lizzy our Water Dragon is the only non-normal animal we have.
