Okay I have two weaknesses and only two weaknesses regarding junk food:


ReeseSticks mmm Yummy stuff

and

TGI Friday's bacon and cheddar potato chips...


And then I grab a coke at the check out cause that's what they are there for right????

Mike and Ikes and anything chocolate! My two downfalls! And I wonder why I weigh 20 pounds more then I want to!

I feel you. I got married last October and have gone from 135 to 155. I went through clothes yesterday and almost all my pants went into the Goodwill stack. You wanna know how I drowned my sorrow? Candy. It's a vicious circle.

I'm thinking of buying a piece of exercise equipment. We'll see.

Fuzzy Peaches!

Most often it's Hershey Kisses. My last splurge was a pint of chocolate fudge ice cream. Can you tell I'm a chocoholic? Actually, though, I've been good lately (except for the chocolate fudge). I got a good report on my last cholesterol test and I want to keep it that way.

I don't think of ice cream as "junk food". It's a perfectly legitimate dessert item.

Junk food? Miss Vickie's Chips -- Honey and Roasted Garlic mostly, or Black Pepper and Lime; or Tostitos Hint of Lime. That's about it, and it's not every time.

I believe ice cream is a perfectly good main course!

Umm potato chips is my down fall. But I haven't been buying those like I used to...

Any type of chip that looks good at the moment. Lots of store sell like 2 for $4.50 so I have to buy two bags right???

Nacho Cheese Doritos. I can't help it. They're like crack to me. I try to buy healthy snacks, but they just don't have the same appeal.

Cookies - chocolate chocolate chip, devil's food and triple chocolate!

I never go grocery shopping I eat out a LOT!!! but when I go to Wal-mart I have to make sure I have pop-tarts for work and I've also started buying those little candy bars for my afternoon pick me up

Especially if hubby won't be home for dinner.... why cook? and have to do all those dishes??? But I do buy the light double churned breyers ice cream....

Coca Cola, Snickers chocolate and sour cream and chives chippies.

Ice Cream i know it's a big no but i cant help it i know i will kick myself for it later but it is soo good it might just be worth it
